The MS-200 portable time-of-flight mass spectrometer is used to quickly detect VOCs in gaseous samples on site. It samples directly through a double-membrane sampling system without the need to separate and preconcentrate the sample. The instrument uses polycyclic time-of-flight mass spectrometry analysis technology to effectively improve the sensitivity of the instrument. Using the classic EI ion source, it can be seamlessly connected to the NIST mass spectrometry database certified by the laboratory today. Combined with the automatic mixture analysis software that comes with the instrument, it can analyze a variety of gas components in the concentration range from ppb to percentage (%). Rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis. Built-in battery drive can maintain long-term high-frequency operation (>6 hours), realizing rapid monitoring from the laboratory to the field.
Emergency monitoring to quickly identify pollution emission sources; environmental testing, such as VOCs emission testing in landfills, ambient air VOCs testing, indoor air VOCs testing, etc.; leak detection, such as gas stations, chemical parks, etc.; fire and crime scene detection.
Small size, high integration, no need for carrier gas such as cylinder gas;
Portable design, suitable for laboratory and vehicle-mounted measurement at any time;
Battery-driven, it can maintain high-frequency operation for a long time and ensure the mobility of on-site monitoring;
It takes 3 to 5 minutes to warm up after powering on, and the warm-up speed is fast;
The sampling tube directly injects the sample without connecting to the GC system, saving analysis time;
The results can be analyzed within 10 seconds for samples with ppm level to percentage (%) concentration, and the membrane concentration of ppb level samples can also be completed within 1 minute;
The time resolution is high and important information will not be missed in applications such as emergency monitoring.
